I have been reading a lot about yogurt lately. Most literature say that it's good for the body because of its numerous benefits. This is also said to be a bad breath buster. Aside from that, it also contains live microorganisms that is good for digestion. Good digestion means getting rid of toxic wastes from the body which in turn will keep it healthy.

There are many reasons why you should grab yogurt every time you go to the grocery.

* Aids your slimming efforts because it makes you feel full.
* Aids digestion and therefore keeps the colon clean. It helps in maintaining regular bowel movement as well.
* If you're lactose intolerant, you can get your vitamin D calcium supply by eating yogurt. This may result to lower risk of osteoporosis.
* Helps reduce the risk of high blood pressure.
* Lowers occurrence of vaginal infection.

There are many yogurt brands available in your favorite grocery. Before reaching for one, read the label. Choose the one with low sugar content. Look for vitamin D and calcium content too. If you can't tolerate the taste of yogurt, feel free to mix it with your favorite fruit. Eat your banana with yogurt, or peaches or strawberries. The possibilities are endless.
