Multivitamins and Vitamin C

For a week now, am taking multivitamins Revicon (because of the iron content) and 500 mg of Ascorbic acid (generic) everyday. I did some reading on the net regarding this combination. And the reason I am doing this is because I found out that vitamin C actually helps in the absorption of iron.

I have good experience with Revicon and Ascorbic Acid in the past but this is the first time that I combined both and introduced it into my diet. So far, it's good. The craving for excess food stopped. I credit that to Ascorbic Acid. My menstrual cycle has become regular. I attribute that to the iron content of my multivitamins.

Anyway, am not concluding yet. It's been only a week and I decided to wait till after a month at least to see what this combination has given my body. I hope all for the better.
